Arrival Time

We recommend you arrive a minimum of 15 – 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete the necessary consultation form (if not already processed via the internet).  Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment so that the next guest is not delayed. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend treatments beyond the booked time and you will be charged the full amount.

Please be advised that treatment times include preparation and consultation. Our spa facilities can be utilized before or after your actual treatment. Make use of our magnesium pool & steam room facility (additional cost) to enjoy some pre-treatment relaxation and preparation time.

Terms & Conditions

A 50% booking fee (BF) is required for any Treatment at Signature Day Spa. This is not refundable and our standard cancellation policy applies to this. Any Treatments on the same day will be charged at the time of Booking. A confirmation email will be sent when the payment is completed.

Your appointment is especially reserved for you. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment so that the next guest is not delayed. We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If we receive less than 24 hours’ notice then 100% of your booked treatment will be charged, this includes Gift Vouchers. Rescheduled appointments on the same day is subject to availability and will be charged if not possible. If your rescheduled appointment is carried over by 48 hours you will incur a 50% charge of your treatment. A ‘no show’ appointment will automatically incur 100% of the treatment charge or loss of your gift Certificate.

For 3 people or greater, Group bookings and venue hire we require a 50% deposit at time of booking and is non-refundable. Spa Packages require a 50% deposit at time of booking and is non-refundable. We are more than happy to try and re accommodate where possible. Please contact our reception team on 02 9517 2525 if you require additional information or would like to change your treatment time.

On some occasions your appointment time could vary slightly on the Day, we have the right to alter this time, Signature Day Spa will advise you by email firstly of the slight change in time, so we ask that you have your emails active on the day and prior days in case of a change to your treatment time.

  • Spa Circuit and Sunday treatments must be paid in full 1 week prior to the booking.
  • Once a Hens or social group Booking has been paid (either deposit or full payment) there will not be any refund or postponed treatments given. 
  • All appointments require a Valid Credit card number including expiry and CCV to hold and confirm your booking.
  • No appointment is confirmed unless the Credit Card has been charged and funds approved.
  • Appointments are confirmed via email, this email can be sent at any stage at least 48 hours prior to the appointment, no other email will be sent. 
  • Any Damages on site caused by a client will be charged to their credit card.
  • "Gift Certificates" "Gift Vouchers" GV & Vouchers all mean the same.
  • Your Gift Certificate is only redeemable within 6 months of the purchase date and can be upgrade by paying the additional cost.
  • We accept payments by Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Americian Express and Cash. A 2% and 3% surcharge applies to any Credit Card.
  • To redeem your Gift Certificate you must present it at the time of your appointment, and quote it when booking the appointment, otherwise we will not be able to hold the booking for you.
  • Please note not all of our treatments are available every day please call to verify your specific Treatment required.
  • You cannot redeem your Gift Certificate for cash, or use it on a public holiday or Sunday.
  • Gift Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, so please make sure you store it somewhere safe as they are treated as a cash transaction.
  • While we endeavor to keep the web site and price lists up to date, management reserves the right to change treatments and prices from time to time without notice.
  • In the interest of our clients prior to any treatments a consultation form must be completed. Please disclose any medical condition, injuries and/or prescription medication you are taking as some services and/or products may be contra-indicated.
  • For hygiene purposes if you are sick or have your period you will not be allowed to have any hydrotherapy treatments.
  • Please inform us if your are pregnant as the first trimester no treatments can be preformed and limited treatments after the first trimester including any heat treatments.
  • In the interest of other spa guests, please turn mobile phones off or to silent and leave in your locker if one is provided. No phone conversations should take place in the Day Spa environment.
  • For Hydrotherapy packages, hens and social groups please bring your own bathers.
  • Please leave valuables at home as we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
  • Our last daily booking time is at 5pm
  • Gift certificates can not be redeem on injectables and Medi Spa Treatments.
  • All Appointments will require credit card details in order to hold the booking.
  • When booking, re-scheduling or cancelling appointments we require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee and within 24 hours failure to attend appointments will result in gift vouchers becoming void and charges made to your credit card.
  • Expired Gift Certificates by management approval only: in the first month a reduction of 20%. Then 20% each month thereafter of the value and will only be redeemed week days.
  • Only one Gift Certificate can be used at a time. No accumulation of Gift Certificates will be booked.
  • A Gift Certificate number & Credit Card details must be provided at the time of booking in order to hold the booking.
  • Please specify you are using a Gift Certificate when booking a treatment otherwise Credit Card Payment will apply.
  • Payments by C/Card to be in person or approved 4 days prior over the phone.
  • If a no shows occurs on the day no refund or reschedule treatment will be permissable.
  • Signature Day Spa has the right to move or change appointment times and give the client notice of the change by agreement. 

No Child Policy

No entry of Children and Babies Policy. Whilst we love our Children it is important you organize a sitter for them prior to you leaving for your treatment. Our Clientele come to our Day Spa for relaxation peace and quiet, to have an enjoyable experience taking in our unique ambiance. We have been lead to this decision as some clients do not understand what other Clients expect in a Day Spa for example nappy changes in reception on our lounge, crying and screaming that echoes through the Spa and not controllable. We appreciate your understanding.

Communal Spa Areas

Our opulent and private spa caters for women, men and couples and has specific change rooms for each gender for your comfort. Please note, that we have unisex toilets on each level of the Spa. There are also toilets located inside each change room.

The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the peacefulness and privacy of other guests by:

  • keeping your voice low, as treatments are in progress throughout the Spa. This courtesy will also be extended to you.
  • Please ensure your mobile phone it is on silent or vibrate only and we request that you leave it in the locker provided.
  • not appearing naked in the communal areas of the Spa (change rooms, steam and magnesium pool, Hamam and for specific treatments  excluded).

Guest Amenities and Facilities

When your treatment is a hydrotherapy treatment a robe, foot wear, disposable underwear will be provided for you to wear along with a locker for your personal belongings.

We advise you to leave all your personal valuables and jewelry at home. We are not liable for the safety of your valuable items.

You may choose to wear your own swimwear when having a hydrotherapy treatment or whilst utilizing the steam or spa facilities. Please keep in mind some treatments may dirty or stain these items.

Our therapists are trained to observe client modesty at all times during treatments with specific draping techniques, and are comfortable if you choose to not wear underwear during your treatment.

Signature Day Spa has two relaxation lounge areas, located on levels 1 and 2 and are there for your pre and post treatment enjoyment. We provide some complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and refreshments and alcohol is available upon request after the completion of your treatment. Please ask your therapist for our post treatment menu to see our selection and prices.

For guests who wish to indulge their senses further, Signature Day Spa has a food and beverage menu available upon request. Relax and sip on  a  glass of bubbles or beer whilst enjoying a cheese plate!

Our therapists are highly trained professionals and, are more than willing and able to answer all of your treatment related questions. If you would prefer to keep a relaxing silence, your therapist will take this cue from you.

Health Considerations

To ensure your complete safety and enjoyment of your spa experience, please notify our Receptionists at time of booking any treatments or programs any medical conditions , prescription medication, physical ailments or disabilities as some services may be contra-indicated. We may need to request a medical certificate from your health expert for certain medical conditions.

Pregnant women and individuals with varicose veins should avoid all heat treatments. Following any heat treatment it is important that you rest and not participate in any vigorous activity for at least one hour. We recommend you drink plenty of water and wait an hour after meals before any treatments. Health experts recommend that you receive only one heat treatment per day.

Minimum Age

Written parental or guardian permission is required for teens under 17years of age. Please keep in mind we cannot cater for children in any way under the age of 16 years old.

Signature Day Spa takes great delight in holding Teen Birthday Parties and we are happy to design a Spa Party especially for you.

Parking

We provide some on-site parking for Spa members. Guests can book a parking spot for $20.00 for your stay. Due to demand all parking spaces may already be reserved. When making your treatment booking please indicate if you require parking. Priority will be given to spa treatments 60 minutes or more.

Product Returns

A receipt is required for unopened skin and cosmetic product exchanges. Returns are at the discretion of the manager and need to be made with 7 days of purchase.

Payments

We accept cash, Eftpos and all major credit cards. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A credit card surcharge applies.

Prices are subject to alteration without notice. Please be aware a 15% surcharge applies for Sundays and public holidays.
