Colonic Hydrotherapy is carried out where the client lies on a specially designed table and a speculum is self-administered whereby warm purified water (or infused with herbs or coffee) is gravity feed into the colon to assist the bowel to contract and expand releasing toxins and matter stuck to the bowel easily and odour free. For best results this procedure should be repeated 3 times for a period of 30 to 50 minutes.
